Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Solenari Care, operated by MV ECOM LLC, for purchases made through solenaricare.us. Solenari Care sells digital products that are delivered electronically, including download access made available after purchase.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold by Solenari Care are digital goods, including downloadable guides and similar electronic content. Because these products are delivered immediately and do not require physical shipment, they are not eligible for physical return.

2. Refund Request Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
After 7 calendar days, refund requests are no longer eligible and cannot be processed.

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

Because our products are digital and access is provided immediately, refunds are considered only in limited circumstances, including:

you were charged more than once for the same product;
you purchased the same product by mistake and notify us promptly;
the file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time;
you did not receive the download link due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve;
the digital product delivered is materially different from the product description shown at the time of purchase.
4. Situations That Are Generally Not Refundable

Refunds will generally not be granted for:

change of mind after purchase;
lack of use of the product;
dissatisfaction based on personal preference;
failure to review the product description before purchase;
inability to use the file due to lack of compatible software, hardware, or internet access on the customer’s side;
requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after purchase;
issues caused by an incorrect email address entered at checkout;
claims based on expected results, business outcomes, design outcomes, or personal project success.
5. Downloaded or Accessed Digital Products

If a product has already been downloaded, accessed, saved, shared, or otherwise used, Solenari Care may deny the refund request to protect against abuse, unauthorized retention of digital content, and intellectual property misuse, except where required by applicable law.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@solenaricare.us
 within the 7-day period and include:

your full name;
the email address used at checkout;
your order number;
the product name;
a clear explanation of the issue;
screenshots or other supporting evidence, where applicable.
7. Resolution Before Refund

Before issuing a refund, we may first attempt to resolve the issue by:

re-sending your download email;
reactivating or reissuing download access;
providing a replacement file;
confirming successful delivery records associated with your order.
8. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly. Filing a chargeback after receiving and retaining digital content may be disputed with order records, download access records, and customer communications where permitted.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
