Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Solenari Care sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped. Orders are fulfilled electronically through digital delivery, including a download link shown on the order confirmation page and/or sent by email after payment is successfully processed.

1. Delivery Method

All products are delivered digitally. Customers receive access through one or more of the following methods:

a download link displayed on the confirmation or order status page;
a confirmation email containing a download link or download access instructions.
2. Delivery Time

Digital delivery is generally immediate after successful payment authorization. In most cases, access is available within minutes.

3. Possible Delays

Although delivery is intended to be immediate, access may be delayed due to:

payment review or anti-fraud verification;
incorrect email address entered at checkout;
email server delays;
spam or junk mail filtering;
temporary technical outages;
app, platform, browser, or connectivity issues.

If you do not receive your digital product within a reasonable time, contact us and we will assist.

4. No Physical Shipping

Because Solenari Care does not ship physical products:

there are no shipping carriers;
there are no postal delivery times;
there are no warehouse dispatch schedules;
there are no shipping fees unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout;
there are no customs duties, import fees, or physical tracking numbers for digital-only orders.
5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide:

a valid email address;
accurate checkout information;
access to a compatible device and software capable of opening the purchased file format;
sufficient storage and internet access for download.
6. Failed or Missing Delivery

If your download link does not work, the file is unavailable, or you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact contact@solenaricare.us
. We may verify your order and, where appropriate, resend the digital delivery email or provide renewed access.

7. Download Limits and Access Control

To protect our content and systems, download access may be monitored, limited, deactivated, or reissued where appropriate, including in cases of suspected unauthorized sharing, abuse, or technical troubleshooting.

8. Geographic Availability

Because our products are digital, they may be purchased from many locations, subject to applicable law, payment processing availability, and platform restrictions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and use of digital products is lawful in their jurisdiction.
